• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services

4. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website are owned by RightAI.in and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, you will receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the custom automation solution developed for your business. However, we retain ownership of all underlying code, frameworks, and methodologies used to create your solution.

5. Payment Terms

Our standard pricing is a one-time fee of $1,997 for a custom automation solution. Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon delivery and before implementation
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processors
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed

6. Delivery and Acceptance

We will deliver your custom automation solution according to the agreed timeline. Upon delivery:

• You will have 7 days to test the solution and request revisions
• If no revision requests are received within 7 days, the solution will be deemed accepted
• We will provide reasonable revisions to ensure the solution meets the agreed requirements

7. Support and Maintenance

Your purchase includes 180 days of support after delivery. After this period:

• Additional support may be purchased separately
• We are not responsible for issues arising from changes you make to the solution
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues with future updates to third-party services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightAI.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
