At RightAI.in, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom automation solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Initial Consultation and Requirements Gathering
Our initial consultation and requirements gathering process is free of charge. No payment is required until we have agreed on the scope of work and you have approved the project proposal.
3. Project Cancellation
If you decide to cancel a project after payment has been made, the following refund terms apply:
- Before Development Begins: If you cancel before we begin development (within 48 hours of payment), we will issue a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- During Development: If you cancel after development has begun but before delivery, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 5% processing fee.
- After Delivery: No refunds will be issued after the final solution has been delivered, unless the solution fails to meet the agreed-upon requirements (see Satisfaction Guarantee below).
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If your automation solution doesn't work as agreed in the project requirements, we will revise it at no additional cost until it meets the specifications.
- If, after reasonable attempts to revise the solution (up to three revision cycles), we are unable to meet the agreed requirements, you may request a refund.
- Refund requests based on our Satisfaction Guarantee must be submitted within 14 days of the final delivery.
5. Refund Process

- Include your order details and the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Changes to project requirements after development has begun
- Dissatisfaction with the solution due to factors outside the agreed scope of work
- Issues caused by third-party services or APIs that were not part of the original requirements
- Requests made after the 14-day post-delivery period
- If you have already approved and accepted the final deliverable
